KUALA LUMPUR (June 9): Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd said it has engaged Baker Tilly Insolvency PLT as a restructuring consultant, and Dennis Nik & Wong as its restructuring lawyers.
The appointments are part of the Practice Note 17 (PN-17) company’s restructuring and regularisation efforts to address its financial condition, Serba Dinamik said in a bourse filing on Friday (June 9).
The company added that it is in the midst of appointing a principal advisor for its regularisation plan.
In a separate filing, Serba Dinamik said it is still finalising its quarterly report for the financial period ended March 31, 2023, and is aiming to release it to Bursa Malaysia by June 13.
The company had earlier set June 7 for the release of the quarterly report, after missing the May 31 deadline due to a "significant loss of manpower and loss of critical personnel".
Serba Dinamik fell into PN17 status on Jan 6 after its external auditor expressed a disclaimer of opinion on its audited financial statements for the 18-month period ended June 30, 2021.
