SINGAPORE (June 1): Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp) has appointed Tow Heng Tan as a non-executive and non-independent director with effect from June 1. He is also appointed as a member of the board’s executive committee.

Tow,65,  is currently CEO of private equity firm Pavilion Capital International, a position he has held since 2012. He previously served as the chief investment officer of Temasek International from 2007 to 2011.
