<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, the information technology services provider said the appointment took effect on Nov 3 and the new auditor will hold office until the conclusion of its next annual general meeting.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>SBY Partners tendered its resignation on Sept 29, citing plans to downsize its practice following the departure of several partners. <div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>HeiTech Padu shares closed 1.5 sen or 1.76% higher at 86.5 sen on Wednesday, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM141 million. The stock has declined 49.12% year to date.</p></div>
