KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): SCA Solutions Bhd, a mechanical and electrical engineering services firm, said on Tuesday it is targeting to list on the ACE Market in the final quarter of 2026.
Bursa Malaysia approved its initial public offering (IPO), the company said in a statement on Tuesday. SCA Solutions, run by two engineers, is seeking funds to set up a new corporate office for its water treatment subsidiary, warehouse, office for sales and marketing, and an experience centre.
“The IPO will solidify our foundation to scale up our operations and drive innovation for future growth,” said SCA Solutions managing director Tan Cheng Eng.
Based in Petaling Jaya, SCA Solutions specialises in heating, ventilation and air conditioning as well as fire safety systems. The company also provides water treatment systems for buildings, a business that accounts for less than 10% of its most recent years’ revenue.
The company is currently led by Tan and executive director Liong Chian Leek, both of whom were trained as mechanical engineers in the UK.
The planned IPO will involve a public issue of new shares as well as an offer for sale by both Tan and Liong of their existing shares in SCA Solutions, according to its draft prospectus.
The listing will offer investors up to a 30% stake at a price to be determined later in the company that made a net profit of RM7.78 million on revenue of RM61.63 million in 2024.
Malacca Securities is the principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the IPO.
