KUALA LUMPUR (March 26): SCA Solutions Bhd, an indoor systems firm run by two engineers, has filed for an ACE Market listing to raise funds for expansion.

The company plans to set up a new corporate office for its water treatment subsidiary, logistics and warehouse, office for sales and marketing, as well as an experience centre in Kapar, Selangor to accommodate its growing business, SCA Solutions said in its draft prospectus.

“We intend to relocate the operations of our water treatment solutions” to the nearly 30,000-square-foot Kapar property bought in April 2025 for RM11 million and now undergoing renovation, the company said.

Based in Petaling Jaya, SCA Solutions specialises in heating, ventilation and air conditioning as well as fire safety systems. The company also provides water treatment systems for buildings, a business that accounts for less than 10% of its most recent years’ revenue.

The company is currently led by managing director Tan Cheng Eng and executive director Liong Chian Leek, both who were trained as mechanical engineers in the UK.

The proposed initial public offering (IPO) will involve a public issue of new shares as well as an offer for sale by both Tan and Liong of their existing shares in SCA Solutions.

The listing will offer investors up to 30% at a price to be determined later in the company that made a net profit of RM7.78 million on revenue of RM61.63 million in 2024.

Malacca Securities is the principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the IPO.
