KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 1): Menara Ethos is slated to become the 10th development in the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and deepen the district’s business ecosystem as a international financial centre.

More than 85% of TRX's office space has been committed, said its master developer, TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRXC), in a statement on Tuesday.

“Its growing community of multinational corporations, financial institutions and industry leaders strengthens its appeal as a destination for international businesses and regional hubs,” the statement said.

Construction of the new commercial development is expected to commence in December, adding approximately 808,000 square feet of net lettable area to meet growing demand for premium Grade-A office space in the district.

TRXC’s subsidiary recently awarded a RM600.9 million contract to WCT Holdings Bhd’s construction arm to develop the 41-storey Menara Ethos.

Located in TRX’s financial quarter with easy access to Kuala Lumpur’s only Mass Rapid Transit interchange, Menara Ethos is designed to combine accessibility, workplace quality and operational resilience.

Once completed, Menara Ethos will house PwC Malaysia’s headquarters.

More than 30,000 workers are now based in the 28.33 hectare district, representing a wide range of industries, from global financial institutions and technology giants to leading multinational corporations, luxury brands, retail and AI-driven industries.
