KUALA LUMPUR (April 17): 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd (KL:SEM) has announced an interim single-tier dividend of 1.35 sen per share for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025 (FY2025).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the convenience store operator said the entitlement date of the interim dividend has been set for May 4, with payment scheduled for May 15.

The dividend announcement comes following its fourth quarter results, announced end-February, which saw the group narrowing its net loss to RM726,000 for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2025 (4QFY2025) compared with RM2.66 million net loss in the same period a year ago.

Meanwhile, revenue for 4QFY2025 increased 10.15% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM821.18 million from RM745.49 million, mainly due to the addition of 100 new stores along with stronger average per store day sales that was boosted by holiday spending.

For the cumulative 12 months, 7-Eleven registered a net profit of RM31.99 million, a 23.11% decline, compared with RM41.61 million a year ago. Revenue was higher by 8.6% y-o-y at RM3.18 billion compared with RM2.93 billion in the previous year.

Shares of 7-Eleven were unchanged at RM1.99 on Friday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM2.33 billion.
