KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 10): LBS Bina Group Bhd (KL:LBS) has launched Centrum Iris, the second precinct of Cameron Centrum and the largest mixed development of commercial offerings located in Cameron Highlands, Pahang. It has a projected gross development value of RM472 million.

The project is located in Brinchang’s commercial hub, featuring 705 residential units, with built-ups ranging from 595 to 1,370 sq ft, and priced from RM476,000. It also features 26 commercial units, with built-ups between 615 and 2,944 sq ft, starting at RM676,000. Centrum Iris is GreenRE Silver-certified, underscoring its focus on sustainability, with features such as electric vehicle charging bays.

The development showcases unique elements like the Iris Tea Garden, Courtyard Carriage Garden, and Iris Maze Garden. Its 47 lifestyle amenities include a rooftop restaurant offering panoramic views of the highlands.
