PETALING JAYA (Sept 17): Boustead Properties Bhd has collaborated with Klinik Segara to reach out to volunteers at the Multimedia University (MMU) Cyberjaya's Integrated Mega Vaccine Delivery Centre (PPV) through its #BousteadCares initiative by providing 1,800 dinner boxes over 30 days.
Boustead Properties chief operating officer Eason Phan said: "During this unprecedented situation, we remain committed to supporting the noble efforts by volunteers at the vaccination centre whose selfless deed is for the greater good of the country.
"Having to deal with thousands of people from all walks of life throughout the day can take a toll. So, we want them to know that their sacrifices are not in vain, and this contribution of hearty and nutritious meals prepared by our subsidiary, Royale Chulan Hotels & Resorts, is our way of demonstrating our appreciation for the volunteers whose efforts are invaluable,” he said.

Boustead Properties has embarked on various #BousteadCares activities during the pandemic, including giving aid to flood victims in Johor, helping the underprivileged communities in the Klang Valley and Semenyih, food donation to frontliners, motorbike donation to Balai Polis Semenyih, as well as assisting firms and retailers with the aims of contributing to the well-being of society and the nation.
Klinik Segara group senior partner Dr Malkit Singh Sekhon said: “We are grateful to work with a caring corporate entity like Boustead Properties, which has been compassionate about extending a helping hand to those struggling during the pandemic.
