KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 6): Klanggroup Development Sdn Bhd has completed and handed over vacant possession for its RM112 million K Commercial Camellia @ Bukit Beruntung, according to a press statement issued on Friday.

The development spans about 9.98 acres of freehold land and comprises 88 units of two-storey shopoffices with built-up areas starting from 2,660 sq ft. The project has achieved full take-up.

The handover takes place amid the state's focus on growth under the Second Selangor Plan 2026–2030. It follows a joint development initiative launched in February 2025 between the developer and Majlis Perbandaran Hulu Selangor for commercial properties in Bandar Bukit Beruntung and Bandar Serendah.

Located in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang, the development is about two minutes away from the North-South Expressway.

Klanggroup Development executive director Danny Ong said: “Our approach has always been to identify locations with long-term potential, while remaining mindful of market needs and the practical requirements of future occupants. This extends to how we deliver our projects, with a focus on providing functional commercial spaces supported by the necessary infrastructure and facilities”.
