KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 29): Tropicana Corp Bhd (KL:TROP) has launched 480 units of GreenRE-certified Premium Green Terraces under Phase 2 of Avisa Residences at its 362-acre Tropicana Alam township in Puncak Alam, according to a press statement issued on Wednesday (Oct 28).

Priced from RM612,800, the two-storey terraced homes feature built-up areas ranging from 1,917 to 2,351 sq ft across 35.82 acres.

The new rollout follows the performance of Phase 1 comprising 431 units, which achieved a sales take-up of over 90%.

Awarded the GreenRE Bronze certification, the units incorporate energy-efficient features, including inverter air-conditioning, stone wool roof insulation, and seven four-star-rated ceiling fans per unit.

Tropicana managing director of marketing and sales and business development Ixora Ang said: “The strong response to Avisa Residences’ first phase, which achieved more than 90% sales take-up, demonstrates the market’s strong appetite for well-priced, spacious landed homes within a thoughtfully planned township”.

The master-planned township allocates 29% of its total area to green spaces and water bodies, including a five-acre recreational park, a scenic lake, and a 4.5km jogging and biking trail.
