KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 21): Radium Development Bhd (KL:RADIUM) has recorded a 40% take-up for Radium Evara following the opening of its sales gallery and initial buyer selection activities.
According to a press statement issued on Wednesday, Radium Evara is a RM506 million residential development in Kepong that comprises 797 residential units with built-up sizes ranging from 800 to 1,250 sq ft, at an average price of RM450,000.
“Our vision for Radium Evara extends beyond delivering quality homes. We want to contribute positively to Kepong’s continued evolution by creating a development where residents feel connected — not only to their surroundings, but also to one another,” said Radium Development group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong in the statement.
He said that the development benefits from Kepong’s mature urban ecosystem, offering convenient access to major routes including Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Jalan Kuching, Duta–Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE Highway) and the Selayang-Kepong Highway, while also being served by nearby KTM and MRT stations.
The development offers lifestyle facilities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, basketball court, yoga deck, sauna, multipurpose hall, children’s play areas and intergenerational activity spaces.
The project has also been awarded GreenRE Provisional Silver Certification, recognising its commitment to sustainable design and healthier living environments.
Radium Development chief marketing officer Kenneth Khoo said: “Today’s buyers are looking beyond postcode prestige. They want homes that will continue supporting them as their lives evolve — whether they’re starting a family, working flexibly or planning for the future. The response to Radium Evara gives us confidence that this emphasis on everyday liveability resonates with what owner-occupiers are looking for. That’s what ‘A Presence of Place’ means to us”.
