KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 19): Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING) has opened the sales gallery for its high-rise residential development M Mira in Wangsa Maju, Setapak, which Phase 1 has already achieved a 93% take-up rate.

According to a press statement issued on Monday, Phase 2 of M Mira is now open for sale.

M Mira consists of 633 partially furnished units with built-ups ranging from 800 to 1,050 sq ft and indicative prices starting from RM474,000.

The development features butterfly-style layouts, five garden-yard units on Level 8 with direct access to the podium deck, over 45 sensory facilities, and eco-friendly features that earned it a Provisional GreenRE Silver Certification.

It is situated 650 metres from the Sri Rampai LRT station and 820 metres from the Wangsa Maju LRT station, with connection to major highways including the Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE), DUKE, MRR2, AKLEH, and SUKE.

"Setapak remains an important market for Mah Sing, and M Mira builds on our experience in delivering residential developments in this established neighbourhood," said Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum in the statement. "As we continue to grow our property business, we remain focused on acquiring land in strategic locations with good growth potential."

He added that the company’s healthy financial position provides flexibility in pursuing suitable opportunities while exploring other growth areas that can contribute to the group’s long-term performance.

Moving forward, he expects digital infrastructure to present a compelling opportunity for Mah Sing to become a secondary growth engine.

“To complement this, we are exploring complementary utility and infrastructure support solutions, ensuring we build a broader, more sustainable ecosystem that delivers long-term value to our stakeholders, while continuing to strengthen our core property business," Leong said.
