KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 15): Sunway Bhd (KL:SUNWAY) property arm, Sunway Property, soft-launched Tower C — the final tower of Sunway Velocity 3 — on Oct 10 virtually, following a 98% take-up rate across Towers A and B within two years.

In a press statement issued on Wednesday, the developer said the virtual soft launch recorded over 100 online unit bookings through a newly introduced digital portal that allows buyers to complete bookings online after visiting the sales gallery.

"The response to Tower C reinforces our belief that buyers value homes that are thoughtfully designed and connected to the things that matter in everyday life,” said Sunway Property CEO Chong Sau Min in the statement.

He highlighted that the digital soft launch extends that approach to the buying experience, giving buyers the flexibility to explore the development at the company’s gallery and book online at their convenience.

Towers A and B comprise approximately 1,600 units, with Tower A having reached its topping-out milestone.

Tower C offers units ranging from 775 to 1,324 sq ft, featuring four-bedroom layouts and dual-key ready units aimed at families and own-stay buyers.

Located about 5km from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, the project is directly linked to Sunway Velocity Mall and situated 500m from the Maluri MRT and LRT interchange station.
