KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 12): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (KL:CHGP) has officially launched the sales gallery for its latest residential development, Ophira Resort Residences, at The MET Corporate Towers in Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur.

According to a press statement issued on Oct 10, the 4.74-acre Ophira Resort Residences has an estimated gross development value of RM814 million. It features 1,546 units spread across two-block development with units’ built-up ranging from 525 to 1,020 sq ft and prices starting from RM438,000. The project is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2031 (4Q2031).

He added that the development features dual-key enabled layouts, selected units with customisable walls, an integrated Smart Home System, SIGNATURE kitchen fixtures, 39 resort-inspired facilities, and a speed ramp car park layout.

Located near KTM Segambut and MRT Sentul stations, the property offers accessibility via Jalan Kuching, the DUKE Highway, the SPRINT Highway, and the NKVE.
