KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 30): Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (KL:F&N) announced on Wednesday that its chief executive officer Lim Yew Hoe, 60, will retire effective Wednesday, after more than 11 years at the helm.

Lim, a Singaporean national, was appointed CEO of the group on Dec 1, 2014. Currently, he holds 100,000 shares, representing a 0.027% stake in the company.

According to the group’s 2025 annual report, Lim received more than RM5 million in remuneration including salary, allowances, bonuses and other benefits for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2025 (FY2025).

In a separate filing, F&N said Tarang Gupta, 49, an Indian national, has been appointed chief executive officer effective Oct 1. Gupta was formerly managing director of Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd (KL:DLADY) from 2018 to 2021.

Gupta most recently led Dutch multi-national dairy cooperative Royal FrieslandCampina’s business in the Philippines through its subsidiary, Alaska Milk Corporation

F&N shares closed six sen or 0.28% lower at RM21.74 on Wednesday, valuing the company at RM7.97 billion.
