
PUTRAJAYA (Sept 29): The interim report on the implementation of the Felda Group Strategic Roadmap 2025–2030 was submitted to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Sept 25.
In a statement Wednesday, the special committee for the Felda Group Strategic Roadmap 2025–2030 (HTF30 special committee) said the report was presented to provide an update for the prime minister's attention and consideration.
“The HTF30 special committee refers to the media statement dated Sept 11 regarding the preparation of the interim report on the implementation of the Felda Group Roadmap Strategic Plan 2025-2030.
“The committee submitted the interim report on the implementation of the Felda Group Roadmap Strategic Plan 2025-2030 to the prime minister on Sept 25, providing a status update for his attention and due consideration,” it said.
The committee stated that it would continue to carry out its mandate to review and examine the prepared strategic plan to ensure the objectives of the Felda roadmap are achieved.
The establishment of the HTF30 special committee was decided during the Cabinet meeting on June 5, 2025, to review and examine the strategic plan prepared by Felda and co-chaired by Datuk Seri Ahmad Fuad Md Ali and Dr Nungsari Ahmad Radhi.
The HTF30 special committee serves solely as an advisory body while fiduciary responsibility remains with the board of directors and the management of Felda and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the existing governance structure.
The committee comprises Nurhisham Hussein, representing the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy.
Also serving on the committee are representatives from the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) of the Prime Minister's Department (JPM); the Felda regulatory division of JPM; audit experts from Ernst & Young PLT Malaysia; and legal experts from Messrs Mohamad Hanafiah Zakaria.
