KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 26): Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd (KL:KPPROP) launched its latest residential project, AndaBreeze, in Batu Kawan, Penang, bringing the developer’s total gross development value (GDV) of ongoing projects to about RM2 billion.

The property developer currently has four ongoing developments, including VOX Residence @ Sentul, Viera 15 @ Shah Alam and Senna Heights @ Damansara Damai.

Kerjaya Prospek Property also has a 60-acre gross land bank with an estimated potential GDV of RM3.9 billion, providing a pipeline for future development. It has identified another three projects with a combined estimated GDV of RM1.2 billion, which are expected to be launched progressively over the next few financial years.

Located in the central business district of Batu Kawan, AndaBreeze comprises two residential towers in Bandar Cassia with 1,406 units. Built-up areas range from 636 sq ft to 1,302 sq ft.

The freehold development offers more than 80 lifestyle facilities covering wellness, recreation, social activities and everyday living, according to a statement from Kerjaya Prospek Property on Saturday.

“Successful developments are built around more than just a strategic location. We must respond to the evolving needs and aspirations of the people who live there,” executive chairperson Datin Seri Toh Siew Chuon said in the statement.

AndaBreeze features large windows and open balconies, with the units oriented outward to maximise natural light, ventilation and views, the group said.

“We aim to create more than just a place to live, but to introduce a lifestyle that brings together connectivity, convenience and a refreshing coastal environment,” Toh said.

Kerjaya Prospek Property shares fell half a sen or 1.82% to close at 27 sen on Friday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM227.77 million. The stock has declined 12.9% so far this year.
