<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract for the comprehensive management, operation and maintenance of buildings, common areas and installations was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd (EMSB) from &nbsp;Perbadanan Putrajaya (PPj).</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The scope of the contract includes civil and structural works, mechanical and electrical systems and services, as well as housekeeping, pest control and landscaping at quarters 4C and 8R2 in Precint 8, Putrajaya.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The company added that the contract was awarded through competitive tender, with the value based on the scope of work specified by PPj, the local authority of Malaysia's federal administrative capital.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Enproserve &nbsp;expects the contract to contribute positively to its future earnings and net assets.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in Enproserve ended five sen, or 21.3%, higher at 28.5 sen on Thursday, valuing the ACE Market-listed company at RM299.3 million.</p></div>
