KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 10): PSP InfraBina Bhd is seeking a listing on the ACE Market to raise funds for new construction equipment and operations.
On its shopping list are dump trucks, excavators, and bulldozers to expand its fleet to accommodate larger projects and more projects, the company said in its draft prospectus. Based in Selangor, PSP InfraBina will allocate some equipment to the northern and southern regions to support expansion.
“Our board is optimistic about the future prospects of our group, given our competitive advantages and key strengths,” PSP InfraBina said.
PSP InfraBina mainly builds physical infrastructure and provides civil works to developers and utility companies. The company owns a fleet of 134 construction machineries, including 51 excavators and 31 dump trucks.
The company was founded in 2003 and got its first big break working on part of the Bakun Dam construction project in Sarawak. Outstanding jobs on hand are worth RM270 million that will keep the company busy over the next two years.
Proceeds from the IPO have also been earmarked for project working capital requirement, including paying suppliers and subcontractors.
Khor Kim Boon, Tung War Fatt and Lim Chee Chin — the three founders who are running PSP InfraBina — will also be offering part of their existing shares in the company in an offer for sale under the IPO.
A former quantity surveyor, Khor is also the managing director of PSP InfraBina that reported a net profit of RM10 million on revenue of RM87 million for the 12 months ended June 2025.
Tung, who also trained as a quantity surveyor, is now chief operating officer while Lim is the company’s director responsible for managing and overseeing PSP InfraBina’s projects.
