KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 9): LFE Corp Bhd (KL:LFECORP) said on Wednesday it has secured three contracts worth a combined RM23.87 million to provide electrical, mechanical and plumbing services for a redevelopment project in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

According to its bourse filings, the engineering and construction group said that its wholly-owned LFE Engineering Sdn Bhd had accepted all three letters of award dated Aug 5, 2026 from Pembinaan Bina Bumi Sdn Bhd to undertake the subcontracting works.

The jobs comprise: RM13.3 million for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and extra-low-voltage services, RM5.3 million for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation services, and RM5.27 million for cold, hot water and sanitary plumbing services.

All three contracts have a duration of 27 months, with Dec 22, 2025 stated as the commencement date and March 21, 2028 as the completion date, LFE Corp said.

Shares of LFE Corp ended unchanged at 14 sen on Wednesday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM163 million.
