
SINGAPORE (Sept 9): Centurion Corporation is spending RM214.5 million, or some S$67.2 million, to acquire a worker accommodation in Johor, as part of its active bid to expand in Malaysia.
The addition of this acquisition at Pasir Gudang will increase Centurion's bed count in Malaysia by a fifth to 43,980 beds, spread across 14 assets.
The latest asset sits on two adjoining parcels of 60-year leasehold land expiring on May 31 2069.
