KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): Favelle Favco Bhd (KL:FAVCO) said on Tuesday it has secured four contracts to supply cranes worth a  total of RM131.7 million.

In its bourse filing on Tuesday, the crane manufacturer said its wholly-owned units Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd and Favelle Favco Cranes Pty Ltd would each be supplying a tower crane, with delivery expected by end of 2026.

In addition, Favco Cranes (M) is expected to deliver two offshore cranes, one by mid-2027 and the other on a staggered basis from the second quarter to the third quarter of 2027.

Favelle Favco said the contracts are expected to contributed positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 and beyond.

The contracts will not have any impact on its capital and shareholding structure, it added.

Favelle Favco shares closed unchanged at RM1.56 on Tuesday, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM373.31 million.
