<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>His resignation will take effect on Aug 22, according to the Islamic lender’s bourse filing on Friday.</p></div>

He is also the chairman of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission and deputy chairman of Johor Corp.</p></div>
