KUALA LUMPUR: I-Bhd (KL:IBHD) has partnered four property agencies — ESP Global, IQI Global, PropNex and lead agency Firdaus & Associates — to market AI Living @ i-City, according to a press statement on Thursday.

The collaboration aims to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can transform the property ownership lifecycle, extending beyond initial purchase transactions to support long-term rentals, sub-sales, and resident services.

The residential development is centered around UrbanOS, a digital platform being developed by i-City to integrate AI, robotics, smart-building systems, and resident services. I-Bhd director Datuk Eu Hong Chew said the initiative focuses on improving every stage of the homeowner journey by bringing together leading agency capabilities.

“AI Living is not just about building AI-enabled residences. It is about exploring how AI can improve every stage of the homeowner journey — from discovering a property and completing the purchase, to renting, reselling and accessing services throughout ownership. By bringing together four leading agencies, we have an opportunity to shape that future together," he said.

Participating agency leaders noted that the project represents an opportunity to build a continuous digital ecosystem connecting developers, property professionals, and residents over time. The four agencies will commence market engagement and prospective buyer registrations ahead of a targeted official launch in October. The signing of sale and purchase agreements is slated to begin in the second quarter of 2027.
