<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Bintai Kinden said the land is earmarked for residential and commercial development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM296.54 million.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The project is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings from the financial year ending March 31, 2029 onwards,” it said.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>As of June 30, 2026, Bintai Kinden had an order book of approximately RM61.69 million under its mechanical and electrical segment and RM119.60 million under its construction segment.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group is also participating in new tenders across both segments, with bids worth RM2.08 billion that are currently under evaluation and awaiting decisions from the respective awarding parties.</p></div>
