<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The information and communications technology provider has redesignated executive deputy chairman Datuk Amrul Hisyam Alias to take over the roles, Theta Edge's bourse filing on Friday showed.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Nuraslina was first appointed as group CEO in September 2021, before subsequently taking on the dual responsibilities of group MD and CEO in September 2024.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Amrul joined Theta Edge's board in January this year after Stealth Solutions Sdn Bhd emerged as the group's largest shareholder with a 27.28% stake. It acquired the block via a direct business transaction the same day Lembaga Tabung Haji offloaded its entire 27.28%.</p></div>
