<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 13): TSR Capital Bhd (KL:<a href="/askedge/klse/5042" class="ce-stock" target="_blank">TSRCAP</a>) has secured a RM16.9 million contract to undertake site clearing and earthworks for an industrial development in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract was awarded to TSR Capital's wholly owned subsidiary TSR Bina Sdn Bhd by MIE Industrial Sdn Bhd, the construction and property development group said in a statement on Thursday.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The four-month contract is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>TSR Capital said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets over the duration of the project.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>TSR Bina is principally involved in infrastructure, civil engineering and building works.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>TSR Capital’s shares closed unchanged at 22 sen on Thursday, with a market capitalisation of RM38 million. The stock has fallen 21% from its January peak of 28 sen.</p></div>
