
KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 16): In this issue's cover story, City & Country speaks with Henry Butcher Real Estate Sdn Bhd director of corporate real estate Long Shi Chuen and Rahim & Co Chestertons senior director of research and consultancy Sulaiman Saheh, on Taman Tun Dr Ismail's property market outlook.

Additionally, City & Country interviewed group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong and chief marketing officer Kenneth Khoo on Radium Development Bhd's (KL:RADIUM) upcoming soft launch of Radium Evara in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, this September. With a gross development value of RM435 million, the two-tower high-rise residential project will be the company's only planned launch for this year.
