<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 10): Inta Bina Group Bhd (KL:<a href="/askedge/klse/0192" class="ce-stock" target="_blank">INTA</a>) said it has secured a&nbsp;RM115.65 million contract to build houses in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, from a unit of Sime Darby Property Bhd (KL:<a href="/askedge/klse/5288" class="ce-stock" target="_blank">SIMEPROP</a>).</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract, to build 61 units of three-storey houses and one electricity substation, will run for 30 months from Aug 24 to Feb 23, 2029, according to the builder in a bourse filing on Monday.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract was secured by Inta Bina’s wholly-owned unit Inta Bina Sdn Bhd from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of Sime Darby Property.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>This latest contract raises Inta Bina's year-to-date job wins to RM424 million, managing director Paul Lim noted, and its outstanding order book to about RM1.7 billion.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“In addition, the group continues to maintain a healthy tender pipeline, with approximately RM3.3 billion worth of submitted tenders, including those carried forward from last year, currently pending clients’ award decisions,” Lim said in a statement.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“We remain optimistic that these opportunities will support the group’s future growth and earnings visibility,” he added.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of Inta Bina ended half a sen or 1.37% higher at 37 sen on Monday, valuing the company at RM233.72 million.</p></div>
