KUALA LUMPUR (July 28): OGX Group Bhd's (KL:OGX) financial year ended May 31, 2026 (FY2026), net profit rose 51.2% to RM23.15 million, driven by stronger profit margins and higher revenue from completing more IT infrastructure projects.

Revenue for FY2026 also jumped 61.46% to RM284.67 million from RM176.31 million a year ago, driven primarily by the IT infrastructure solutions segment — which contributed 77.3% of total revenue — following an increase in completed projects, a bourse filing showed.

Meanwhile, the distribution of IT infrastructure products segment contributed 15.8% while product warranties and support services made up the remaining 6.89% of the revenue.

For the fourth quarter, the company posted a net profit of RM3.76 million on revenue of RM58.31 million. No comparative figures for the preceding corresponding quarter were available, as this is the company's first fourth quarter results since its listing on the ACE Market in March.

No dividend was declared for the quarter. On April 27, 2026, the company declared a first interim single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM3.75 million for the financial year ended May 31, 2026. The dividend was paid on June 3, 2026.

Commenting on its prospects, OGX said it remains positive on the outlook of the IT infrastructure solutions industry driven by increased digitalisation, cybersecurity demand, and supportive government initiatives.

Furthermore, the group said it has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (SPA) on July 21 to acquire its new headquarters using the IPO proceeds, with completion targeted by the end of 2026.

It said the new facility is expected to support long-term operational growth by providing additional office and warehouse space to accommodate workforce expansion, enhance operational capabilities, and support increasing inventory and storage requirements.

In addition, the group said it has gained a foothold in Vietnam by supplying products and services to an end-user, marking its entry into the country as part of its regional expansion strategy.

The group is also progressing toward the launch of its Security Operations Centre (SOC), which will serve as a centralised command hub providing continuous, real-time protection against cyber threats, enhance its cybersecurity capabilities and complement its end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.

Last month, the group secured a RM96.64 million contract for data centre-related projects from a client identified only as Customer E, with the jobs slated for delivery within six months. The contract is expected to contribute positively to OGX's earnings for the financial year ending May 31, 2027.

As at market close on Tuesday, OGX share prices were unchanged at 44 sen, valuing the company at RM330 million.
