<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (July 21): Sarawak-based builder Hartanah Kenyalang Bhd (KL:<a href="/askedge/klse/0359" class="ce-stock" target="_blank">HKB</a>) has secured a RM41.38 million contract to build multi-storey buildings and ancillary facilities in Sarawak.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary, Hartanah Construction Sdn Bhd, by a Malaysian company principally involved in construction services in Sarawak, a filing showed.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It did not disclose the identity of the client or provide further details of the project.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The project is scheduled to commence this month and is expected to be completed within 36 months.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Hartanah Kenyalang shares closed 2.5 sen or 4.24% higher at 61.5 sen on Monday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM419 million. The stock, which made its ACE Market debut in June last year, has about quadrupled from its initial public offering prie of 16 sen.</p></div>
