KUALA LUMPUR (July 3): Trading in the shares of Mlabs Systems Bhd (KL:MLAB) will resume on Monay (July 6), said Bursa Securities on Friday, following the company's submission of its long-overdue annual report for the financial period ended Sept 30, 2025.

Trading in the company's shares had been suspended since Feb 10 pending the submission of the annual report, which includes audited financials and directors’ and auditors’ reports.

The report was due to be issued by Jan 31, within four months of the close of the company's financial year, as required under the ACE Market listing requirements.

However, Mlabs Systems said on Jan 27 that additional time was needed to complete the audit, adding that it wanted to provide external auditors with more time to finalise the audited financial statements.

Mlabs Systems attributed the delay to the appointment of new external auditors on June 26, 2025.

On June 30 this year, Mlabs Systems said the annual report was nearing completion, with its auditors in the final stages of completing the audit.

Mlabs Systems will hold its annual general meeting on Aug 5, following the submission of its annual report.
