PUCHONG (June 25): OSK Property Holdings Bhd, the property arm of OSK Holdings Bhd (KL:OSK), has partnered with IKEA Malaysia, Cuckoo Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia to provide home furnishing packages to its homebuyers from Thursday onwards.

IKEA Malaysia's partnership will offer purchasers of Nara at Shorea Park in Puchong a fully furnished home with IKEA fittings and furniture, with an added option to customise their units with IKEA furniture of their choice. 

Cuckoo Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia, on the other hand, will offer special appliance bundles to both new and existing purchasers across all OSK Property projects. The bundle includes a Samsung refrigerator, Samsung washing machine, Samsung smart TV, Cuckoo water purifier, and Cuckoo air purifier, available through a five-year rental plan.

At the unveiling ceremony of the partnerships on Thursday, OSK Property chief executive officer Chu Wai Lune said, “This strategic initiative with IKEA Malaysia, Cuckoo Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia allows us to bring together thoughtful design, functionality and wellness-focused living solutions in a more accessible way.

“By offering furnished homes and trusted branded appliances that are made affordable through the exclusive bundles introduced today, we want to help our purchasers create living spaces that support their well-being from day one,” Chu added. 

In addition to the rental bundle packages, Cuckoo and Samsung appliances will also be offered as gifts and lucky draw prizes for purchasers of selected OSK Property projects, including Nara at OSK Shorea Park in Puchong, Hana Hills in Melawati, OSK Areca in Nilai, Iringan Bayu in Seremban, OSK Mori Park in Shah Alam as well as Ayra and Sierra in OSK Yarra Park and Taman Lang Aman, both in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
