KUALA LUMPUR (June 21): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (KL:CHGP) has previewed its first industrial development, The NeX, a nine-storey project located on a four-acre parcel along Jalan Teknologi in Kota Damansara.

According to a press statement issued on June 20, the project has an estimated gross development value of RM449 million.

Offering 242 units with built-up areas ranging from 2,153 sq ft to 5,285 sq ft, they are priced from RM1.769 million.

The project features an external ground floor driveway supporting vehicles of up to approximately 10 tonnes, while the internal driveway system from the ground floor to Level 8 supports up to approximately five tonnes.

The functionality of the units is supported by ceiling heights of approximately 6.8 metres and entrance roller shutter doors of approximately 4.5 metres on designated units.

Facilities within the development include two pickleball courts, meeting rooms, a gymnasium, a garden terrace, a multipurpose hall with an estimated capacity of up to 1,000 guests, and more than 600 visitor parking bays.

Chin Hin Group Property group chief executive officer Chang Tze Yoong said: “As a new blueprint for modern enterprise, the development was conceived with a clear belief that the future of industrial spaces lies in the seamless convergence of work, business, and lifestyle for a new generation of innovators”.

The development is accessible via major highways including the Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway, the New Klang Valley Expressway, and the Damansara-Puchong Expressway.
