KUALA LUMPUR (June 9): Inari Amertron Bhd (KL:INARI) has appointed its independent director Datuk Phang Ah Tong as the group's new chairman effective Tuesday.
Phang, 69, succeeds Tengku Puteri Seri Kemala Tengku Aishah, who has been redesignated as a non-independent director, according to an exchange filing.
