KUALA LUMPUR (June 8): Bursa Malaysia Bhd (KL:BURSA) is partnering with CIMB Group Holdings Bhd (KL:CIMB) and Malayan Banking Bhd (KL:MAYBANK) to host Invest Malaysia 2026, which aims to discuss the nation’s economic priorities, investment opportunities and capital market development.

The conference is set to take place at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur on June 9, bringing together policymakers, regulators, corporates and investors.

"Through Invest Malaysia, we aim to connect global investors directly to these opportunities while deepening participation, strengthening liquidity and enhancing how companies are understood and valued — to build a stronger, more vibrant market," Bursa Malaysia chief executive officer Datuk Fad’l Mohamed said in a statement.

The conference, anchored on the theme “From Reform to Execution: Malaysia’s Next Leap”, will showcase 61 corporates from Malaysia with a combined market capitalisation of RM1.051 trillion.

The conference is also expected to draw more than 1,500 delegates, including foreign fixed income, equity and private equity investors with combined assets under management of over RM44.08 trillion.

The event features a lineup of panel sessions with attendees including Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Minister of Finance II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, Economy Minister Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir, and Minister in the Prime Minister’s department (Federal Territories) Hannah Yeoh, alongside other high-ranking ministry representatives and top-tier corporate executives.
