<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (May 15): MN Holdings Bhd (KL:<a href="/askedge/klse/0245" class="ce-stock" target="_blank">MNHLDG</a>) said on Friday it has secured a RM83.5 million contract to undertake electrical infrastructure works for a data centre project.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing on Friday, the group said its wholly- owned subsidiary, MN Utilities Engineering Sdn Bhd (MNUE), had accepted a letter of award dated May 12 from a customer involved in infrastructure for hosting and data processing services.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract involves the construction of a new 275 kilovolt (kV) consumer landing station (CLS) for a data centre located in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The scope of works includes the design, construction, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the CLS.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract is scheduled to commence on May 11, 2026, with completion expected by Jan 31, 2027.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>MN Holdings said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings and net assets per share upon commencement of the project.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At the time of writing, MN Holdings’ share price was marginally higher at RM2.31 a share, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM1.54 billion. Over the past one year, the stock has risen 74.44%.</p></div>
