
KUALA LUMPUR (May 11): Technology solutions provider Infomina Bhd (KL:INFOM) has secured a contract to provide software subscription renewal support services to Bangkok Bank Public Company Ltd for US$10.75 million (RM42.1 million).
In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, Infomina said that its 99.99%-owned unit Infomina (Thailand) Co Ltd had received the signed software subscription renewal sales quotation from Bangkok Bank on May 8.
The job will span three years from March 31, 2026, with its value invoiced progressively over the period.
“Any renewal of the software subscription agreement in the future will be subjected to new sales quotations and agreements to be negotiated with Bangkok Bank towards the end of the period,’’ Infomina noted.
Infomina (Thailand)’s role under the contract includes assisting Bangkok Bank in renewing licence subscriptions, providing training to the bank’s personnel, and supplying fixes required for software installation and operations.
The services also encompass assessing and monitoring the software environment of Bangkok Bank to ensure it is updated with the latest relevant supported version.
“Infomina (Thailand) will also provide online and offline support services, periodical maintenance to the software, ad-hoc technical and repair services, as well as consumption or utilisation monitoring and reporting services,” it said in the filing.
According to AskEdge data, the stock is trading at a trailing price-earnings ratio of 32.3 times, behind Go Hub Capital Bhd (KL:GOHUB) at 97.1 times and ITMAX System Bhd (KL:ITMAX) at 52.4 times.
Shares in Infomina ended one sen or 0.85% lower at RM1.17 on Monday, valuing the company at RM703.5 million.
