KUALA LUMPUR (May 6): Tropicana Corp Bhd (KL:TROP) has achieved the structural framework completion of its integrated development called SouthPlace 2 Shoppes & Residences at its 88-acre Tropicana Metropark township in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
According to a press statement issued on Tuesday (May 5), the project has recorded an 80% take-up rate and is targeted for delivery by March 2027.
“With its well-balanced mix of residential, commercial, educational and recreational components, and enhanced connectivity via a dedicated link bridge to the Federal Highway, Tropicana Metropark has been well-received by the market. Building on the success of SouthPlace 1, which achieved full take-up, the strong response to SouthPlace 2 reflects buyers’ confidence in our developments,” said Tropicana managing director of project Loke Wei Feng in the statement.
The residential units range from 583 to 1,044 sq ft and feature green elements such as water-efficient fittings and air-conditioner inverters.
