Revenue for the quarter rose 50.43% to RM75.89 million from RM50.45 million a year ago. The group attributed the increase in revenue to its two main business segments — the design and delivery of technology infrastructure solutions as well as technology infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services.

Meanwhile, the design and delivery of technology infrastructure solutions booked revenue of RM5.72 million for the quarter and RM996,000 in segment profits.
No dividend was declared for the quarter under review.
In its bourse filing, the group said that it has continued to strengthen its recurring revenue base through the renewal of key contracts with both local and regional customers, particularly in Malaysia and Thailand.
“These contract renewals, with a total value of approximately RM224.4 million, will contribute to the group’s order book and provide revenue visibility over the next two to three years.
“The group remains focused on sustaining and expanding its customer relationships by delivering reliable technology infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services, while actively pursuing opportunities to enhance its service offerings,” it said.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Infomina said that the board is optimistic of the group’s outlook despite ongoing global economic uncertainties.
As at market close on Wednesday, Infomina’s shares were up three sen or 2.7% at RM1.14, valuing the group at RM685.40 million.
