KUALA LUMPUR (April 19): This week's cover story is about the second and final phase of the RM9 billion Pavilion Damansara Heights, which will feature two residential towers named Imperial Residences and Royal Suites, as well as a hotel/corporate office tower. Together, they have a total gross development value of about RM2.5 billion and are currently open for private preview.

Pavilion Group project director Joey Ung says this new phase, spanning 6.08 acres, is designed based on feedback from buyers who are looking for larger units in a fully integrated environment, a rarity in this area.

The 50-storey Imperial Residences will feature 148 luxury homes with built-ups of 3,380 and 4,090 sq ft and six penthouses of 7,459 sq ft, while the 51-storey Royal Suites will feature 490 residential units measuring 452 to 1,679 sq ft.

We also feature an article on WELL certification. The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) launched the WELL Building Standard in 2014, and it is the world’s first building standard focused on enhancing people’s health and well-being through the built environment.
