
KUALA LUMPUR (April 9): Provider of comprehensive interior fitting-out services Inspace Creation Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd in preparation for its initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
In a statement on Thursday, the group said TA Securities will underwrite a total of 26.97 million new shares from the IPO which involves a public issue of 68.50 million new ordinary shares and an offer for sale of 29.30 million existing shares.
“The signing of this underwriting agreement represents another important milestone in Inspace Creation’s journey towards becoming a listed company. Our IPO will provide the necessary financial resources to strengthen our position and enable us to undertake more projects or projects of higher value. This strategic move supports our expansion into new commercial segments and regional markets beyond the Klang Valley," Inspace Creation executive director Wong Chong Siong said.
The group, which holds a Grade 7 registration with the Construction Industry Development Board, has delivered more than 100 projects with a total contract value of RM150 million. As of July 28, 2025, it maintains an outstanding unbilled order book of RM21.22 million.
The company said the positive outlook for the interior fitting-out industry in Malaysia supports the group’s growth trajectory, with the value of work done for building completion and finishing works forecast to rise from RM2.0 billion in 2024 to RM2.7 billion in 2027, representing a compound annual growth rate of 10.5%.
TA Securities is serving as the principal adviser, sponsor, sole placement agent, and sole underwriter for the IPO.
