<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Focus Dynamics said it received Nexia’s resignation notice dated April 3 on April 6. The auditor’s term of office will officially end 21 days after the notice date.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in Focus Dynamics ended half a sen or 50% lower at half a sen, valuing the company at RM31.86 million.</p></div>
