KUALA LUMPUR (April 7): Sersol Bhd (KL:SERSOL) has secured a RM15.62 million contract from Zetrix AI Bhd (KL:ZETRIX) to supply the latter with hardware and software services.

In a filing on Tuesday, Sersol said the agreement was signed on April 6 by its 51%-owned subsidiary, Sersol E-Solutions Sdn Bhd, to supply hardware products and provide a 12-month software subscription to Zetrix AI, along with support services.

Under the agreement, Sersol E-Solutions will be responsible for maintaining the software, which includes carrying out necessary corrections and repairs to ensure it remains fully operational, as per the scope of the contract.

Works under the contract began on April 6, 2026, with an option for Zetrix AI to renew for an additional year, subject to a potential price increase of up to 5% or as mutually agreed upon.

Sersol is primarily involved in the manufacturing, sale and trading of coatings, thinners and industrial chemicals. Meanwhile, Zetrix AI, previously known as MY E.G. Services Bhd, is principally involved in electronic government services and information technology solutions.

Sersol’s shares closed flat at three sen on Tuesday, valuing the group at RM24.1 million. Over the past year, the counter has dropped by 45.5%.
