KUALA LUMPUR (March 10): OGX Group Bhd, which provides infrastructure solutions for IT system integration, said its net profit for the second quarter ended Nov 30, 2025 (2QFY2026), came in at RM6.04 million.

The group, which is en route to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on Thursday (March 12), posted a revenue of RM74.02 million, derived mainly from its IT infrastructure solutions segment.

There are no comparative figures as this is OGX Group’s first interim financial report ahead of its listing.

OGX Group said the IT infrastructure solutions segment accounted for about 75.5% of total quarterly revenue while the remaining contributions came from distribution of products and support services.

According to the filing, the group said the outlook for Malaysia’s IT infrastructure solutions industry remains favourable, supported by growing digitalisation among organisations, stronger demand for cybersecurity solutions, and regulatory as well as government initiatives encouraging digital transformation.

The group, which set its initial public offering (IPO) price at 35 sen apiece, is looking to raise up to RM79 million from its listing on the ACE Market. The funds will be used to expand its business and acquire a new facility that will be its new headquarters. Other plans include broadening its portfolio of IT infrastructure brands, and setting up sales offices in East Malaysia.

It added that these initiatives “will enable the group to capitalise on the growth opportunities within the IT infrastructure solutions industry and will contribute positively to its growth and financial performance in the medium to long term”.
