<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The proposed acquisition, it said, will allow the group to participate in Roflex’s future business operations and gain direct access to polyethylene pipes, which are essential materials used for the group’s projects.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Based on its latest audited financial statements for the financial year ended Jan 31, 2025, Roflex recorded revenue of RM33.74 million and profit after tax of RM1.39 million.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>On Thursday, Jati Tinggi’s share price closed down one sen or 1.71% at 57.5 sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM251 million.</p></div>
