KUALA LUMPUR (March 4): Gold Li Holdings Bhd, which mainly develops landed homes, said on Wednesday that M&A Securities has agreed to underwrite its listing on the ACE Market.

Under the terms of the agreement, M&A Securities will underwrite a total of 36 million shares, comprising the portions made available to the Malaysian public and eligible persons under the pink form allocation.

“This listing will provide the financial flexibility required to further expand our landbank and transition into high-rise residential developments, ensuring our continued growth within Johor’s property landscape,” said Gold Li managing director Datuk Lee Tiau Huat in a statement.

Founded in 1999, Gold Li has delivered 110 residential and commercial projects across Johor, primarily in Muar, Tangkak, and Batu Pahat. The company also serves as its own main contractor.

As of Oct 31, 2025, the company had 10 ongoing projects, 30 future projects and 34 parcels of land earmarked for development.

The proposed initial public offering (IPO) involves a public issue of 117 million new ordinary shares and an offer for sale of 36 million existing shares. The listing offers investors up to 25.5% in the company.

Proceeds from the public issue will fund five upcoming Johor developments with a combined gross development value of RM58.23 million, according to its draft prospectus earlier filed with Bursa Malaysia.

“With the IPO proceeds, we intend to supplement our property development costs for upcoming projects and strengthen our working capital,” Lee added.

M&A Securities is the adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the IPO.
