KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 26): Zetrix AI Bhd (KL:ZETRIX), formerly known as MyEG Services Bhd, reported its highest-ever quarterly and full-year profits on Thursday, fuelled by Web3 application service fees on its Zetrix blockchain platform and the sale of Zetrix tokens.

The group's net profit for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2025 (4QFY2025) surged to RM282.7 million from RM191.27 million a year earlier, as revenue jumped 31.4% to RM385.74 million from RM293.53 million, its bourse filing showed.

The strong close to the fiscal year drove full-year net profit to RM883.85 million, up 24.9% from its previous record of RM707.69 million a year earlier, on a 31.3% revenue gain to RM1.34 billion from RM1.02 billion.

The group proposed a final dividend of 2.89 sen per share. Combined with earlier payouts, the total dividend for FY2025 stands at 3.14 sen per share, as opposed to 2.74 sen per share for FY2024.

On outlook, Zetrix said the board is continuing to explore a carve-out of projects from the China-Asean AI Lab to be structured into a new subsidiary, which it intends to list on an "international stock market such as US-based Nasdaq or similar exchange globally".

“A successful listing will enable the company to tap on a bigger pool of global capital to further propel Zetrix’s push to be one of the leading AI companies,” it said.

Meanwhile, the group believes its partnership with the International Finance Corp — World Bank’s investment arm — involving a US$60 million (about RM234 million) investment into Zetrix, will accelerate the expansion of its Zetrix blockchain and AI technology globally.

Shares in Zetrix ended half a sen or 0.62% lower at 80 sen on Thursday, valuing the group at RM6.25 billion.
