"We achieved double-digit profit growth while returning a record RM758 million to shareholders — a 60.3% increase
y-o-y. This reflects our confidence in the business and our commitment to sustainable value creation," chief executive officer Adrian Ong said in a statement on Tuesday following the release of the group's financial results.

By segment, Malaysia contributed RM4.91 billion in revenue and RM635.79 million in net profit for FY2025, while Brunei recorded RM40.61 million in revenue and RM9.96 million in net profit.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2025 (4QFY2025), net profit rose 11.3% to RM163.85 million from RM147.20 million in 4QFY2024, supported by higher sales and improved margins.

Quarterly revenue grew 9.1% to RM1.28 billion from RM1.18 billion previously, driven by contributions from 121 net new stores and positive like-for-like sales during festive season and school holiday periods.

Looking ahead, the group plans to open about 155 new stores in FY2026, with "stringent site selection focused on sustainable economics".

"This disciplined expansion, combined with ongoing efficiency initiatives provides a foundation for steady, sustainable growth," Ong said.

"Furthermore, our ongoing expansion in East Malaysia, along with our continued commitment to offering value-for-money products, positions us well to capture a broader customer base,” he added.
